Gargraves 107 Magnetic Uncoupler
This is an electro-magnetic type uncoupling section. The extended magnetic field eliminates the need to have an uncoupler actuator dead center over the magnet to have it work properly.

*Center rail: “Phantom” black oxide on steel

*Black center rails are made of cold rolled steel. They are not rust proof.
